    Yummy food - I mean who doesn't like sliders? - it is not the healthiest thing out there, but definitely hits the spot when you're looking for something that is juicy and robust. I cannot evaluate the ambience as this is a food truck, but the service was always delivered with a smile !

    Our daughter recently turned one and for her 1st birthday party we wanted an easy catering option that would provide finger-friendly food for both adults and kids. We have had The Burnt Truck's food before and really enjoyed everything we ate so I was excited to see that they had a catering option. I reached out to The Burnt Truck a couple months before our daughter's party to get more information on how their catering would work for a private event. Minh immediately got back to me with menu options and pricing. We reserved the date, made our deposit, and they took care of the rest! We had around 60-70 guests and each person got to choose from four sandwich options (cheeseburger slider, friend chicken slider, mozzarella slider, or PB&J slider) as well as their choice of fries or tots. The standard time slot for private events is 2 hours of food service, but since our party was longer than that, we opted to pay for an extra 2 hours of time. In the end it worked out perfectly because our party was on the smaller side and our guests were able to get food at the start of the party, then go back and order seconds later on before the party was over. Thank you to Minh and team, the food was excellent and our guests were 100% satisfied! I would definitely recommend The Burnt Truck for easy, stress-free catering!

    Food is alway on point and today's work lunch was just another home run for fine folks at Burnt! Sliders were the OG size, which i love ... cuz i don't feel as guilty eating 5 of them! The tater tots were super crips and fresh ... could eat a mound of them ... seriously don't know why they don't try of make a nacho plate using tater tots and crumbled angus! Service is always amazing! Super chill and friendly service! PBJ was a wow for me ... first time, but now not the last. Will add to my rotation of sliders from them! Love ya food!!!

    Wow what a pleasant surprise! We got to try The Burnt Trunk for free today because of 420. I ordered a pbj slider and a fried chicken slider. And they were both delicious, the PBJ slider comes with banana slices in it, also had some crunch to it. While the fried chicken was also very tender and juicy. The bun itself was soft and buttery, this couldn't have been better! Would have been 5 stars if there were more side options in addition to tots! Super glad to have discovered The Burnt Trunk, highly recommended:)
